Why Hypnosis?

Research has demonstrated that psychotherapy and hypnotherapy can help people change negative thinking, heal pain and suffering, as well as change unwanted habits. I have worked with an array of issues specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety and fears.

As one of the most effective tools to reach goals and create change, hypnotherapy is a very powerful approach that can treat a vast array of issues and conditions.

Hypnotherapy is a natural and organic process of tapping into the power of your own mind to achieve your self-improvement goals.  It creates a relationship with your unconscious and subconscious mind, making lasting change within a shorter amount of time than some other modalities. The power of the mind has no limits for personal growth, making reaching your goals accessible.

As a Hypnotherapist, I work with an almost endless array of personal achievement goals.  In some cases a medical referral may be required for issues of pain management and other medical related issues.  If you are working with another counseling professional already then I may ask for a referral from your current mental health provider.

It would be nearly impossible to list every possible issue that hypnotherapy can help with.  The list below can give you the general idea of the possible applications of hypnotherapy.
